What is Okta?
Okta is a tool Saltchuk uses to provide users throughout our companies secure access to shared applications including the Saltchuk SharePoint portal.
Can my admin see my login information?
Your helpdesk administrator can see your username, but he or she does not have access to your password.
Which browsers does Okta work on?
Okta supports the following Web Browsers: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari and Chrome.
What is my username and password for Okta?
You will log in to Okta using the same credentials you use to log in to your computer each morning or access your company’s VPN. If you don’t know your username or are having trouble logging in, contact your company’s help desk — they manage your company’s Okta account
How do I change my Okta password?
Your Okta password is the same as your company’s network credentials- the password you login to your computer with each morning or use to access you VPN. If you are having trouble logging in, please contact your company’s helpdesk.
