We encourage you to use the Saltchuk hotline and are always welcome to your feedback.

What Happens Next?

Once your report has been submitted, it will be immediately forwarded to the appropriate individuals for review.

You will be provided a confidential issue access number and asked to create a personal password and a security question. The access number and password allow you to check the report’s status online and send and receive anonymous messages about your report at any time.

Note: Email updates will be sent as the report status is updated if you choose to provide an email address.

Our Non-Retaliation Policy

Saltchuk will not tolerate any form of retribution directed toward those making reports, asking questions, or participating in an investigation in good faith. Retaliation for making a report is itself a violation of our Code by the person who retaliates. Making a report in “good faith” means coming forward with information you believe to be true and correct. This means that you will be safe from any adverse consequences any time you make such a report – even if an investigation does not uncover any actual misconduct.
