Minit Stop

Minit Stop is looking for a Full-time Team Lead for our Paia location who will work with the Store Manager to properly and efficiently operate the store utilizing Company policies and procedures in a manner that ensures the store is profitable and contributes to the profitability of the Company.  The Team Lead will assist the SM in implementing Company initiatives, policies, Rewards Card initiatives, mobile app, WCS, merchandising strategies, and operating strategies, as well as addressing other business needs and requirement.  The Team Lead serves the customers of Minit Stop in a manner consistent with Minit Stop’s Vision Statement to be the preferred place to shop.

In additions, the Team Lead will also have the responsibility of training their newly hired employees.  Training includes “buddy” training, cook training, cashier training, and overall store maintenance, and procedures, as well as MS Safety Cultures, company culture, Core Values, Fish! Values, and WCS.  The Team Lead is also responsible for ensuring that all new hires in their home store are properly and fully trained in all Minit Stop Store policies, culture, and procedures.
