Hawaii Petroleum

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead Hawaii Petroleum’s knowledgeable wholesale sales team.  The incumbent must be a strategic leader with finance and budgeting experience, and lead the team in servicing existing customers, developing new customers, overseeing marketing activities, and building relationships within the communities served. The incumbent must lead business development activities by researching marketing opportunities, implementing sales plans and managing the staff.


  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Business related field.
  2. Sales, marketing and strategic planning experience required.
  3. Experience supervising and directing the work of others.
  4. Must be a creative problem solver who takes initiative.
  5. Ability to create budgets and sets projections.
  6. Must have excellent people, customer relations and persuasion skills
  7. Must have excellent Microsoft Office computer skills.
