Northern Oilfield Solutions

Supervises operations staff, assists the general manager in operational and other duties.

Responsibilities:

Summary of Essential Job Functions

  • Bulk Fuel and Packaged Goods Inventory reconciliation
  • Customer contact review and follow through
  • Issue and managing purchase orders for goods and service
  • Reviews Invoices and works to resolve issues with customers
  • Issue and track delivery of material/goods Parts Requisitions
  • Generates and monitors accounting reports to support business monitoring and growth
  • Maintains MAS 200 Accounting procedures
  • Compiles control records and inventory values
  • Maintains Inventory Controls to support on time resupply of bulk fuel and packaged products
  • Assist with gas station operations as needed

Customer Service:

  • Greets customers
  • Answers phone
  • Accepts and records payment
  • Orders products as directed
  • Invoices and performs bill collecting

Operations

  • Track Truck Drivers and ensure DOT compliance regulations are met
  • Ensures company Computer Managed Maintenance System data and status is current and correct
  • Act as critical member of the Oil Spill Prevention and Response Team
  • Comply with all safety policies, procedures and best practices
  • Reviews and trains staff on Company Operations policies and procedures
  • Reports all injuries, spills, and property damage to Site Manager in timely manner as require
  • Acts as the Facility Representative in Site Manager’s absence
  • Be able to work a flexible/rotational schedule, as business needs dictate

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • North Slope experience is highly desirable
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high energy environment

Certificates, Licenses & Registrations:

  • Hazmat Experience/Knowledge
  • Hazwoper Experience/Knowledge
  • Medical Examiner’s Certificate
  • Forklift Certificate

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Prior use of software programs such as Word and Excel
  • Strong writing and communications abilities
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent team player with strong collaboration skills
