Seven Seas Insurance

Provides secretarial, administrative, organization, and management support and assistance to the President of Seven Seas Insurance.

 

Responsibilities:

Provides secretarial, clerical, and administrative support to the President Seven Seas and other Management in Seven Seas Department.

Acts on behalf of President Seven Seas and his/her direct reports for relaying information to people at all levels, both inside and outside of the company.

Prepares, reviews, analyzes, and distributes material, reports, presentations and information for President Seven Seas, and direct subordinates.

Assists in preparation of basic financial reports.

Coordinates and assist in the establishment of new business in new port areas.

Screens and follows-up on telephone calls for the President Seven Seas.

Schedules and maintains appointments and makes travel arrangements as required.

Processes daily paperwork including incoming and outgoing mail, copies, faxes, telexes and reports.

Composes internal and external correspondence for the President Seven Seas.

Performs all other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: Three years experience in secretarial field required. Intermediate skills in word processing and spreadsheet applications.
LICENSE: Valid Local Driver's License and Valid Passport
TRAVEL: 5% travel to domestic and international Tropical locations
PHYSICAL: Office Environment - Manual dexterity to perform repetitive motion tasks on computer. Ability to bend or stoop to retrieve lower shelf files. Ability to reach overhead to retrieve upper shelf files. ability to sit 1/3 - 2/3 of day. Ability to travel in various modes of transportation (e.g. automobile, airplane, train etc..) Occasionally exposed to outside elements during the course of traveling.
LANGUAGE: English required.
