Job Summary: This position is responsible for managing customer accounts and processing all customer related materials including invoice generation, delivery receipts, working closely with operations and accounting departments.

Summary of Essential Functions

Opens and closes office Monday through Friday. Serves as the facility’s office manager and first point of contact.

Works directly with customers to obtain and evaluate information and to respond to customer inquiries. Provides customers with product and service information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Provides technical assistance and information on lubricant supply. Attends on-line or on-site technical lubricant training.

Reconciles daily cash and credit cards

Invoices all fuel at locations and submits invoices to Corporate office.

Attends outside sales calls on an as needed basis.

Periodically cold-calls potential customers to develop leads.

Participates in safety meetings.

Cross-trained in warehouse and non-CDL driving i.e. flatbed

Responsibilities:

Education and Experience: AA degree; and 2 years customer service or sales experience, or a combination of education and experience. Valid Alaska Driver's license.
