While the B767 fleet operates out of Miami in support of sister company StratAir and out of Honolulu in support of sister company Aloha Air Cargo.

POSITION RESPONSIBILTIES

The Station Agent will perform the following duties:

• Treats customers in a prompt, courteous, and efficient manner.

• Assists customers with freight delivery and pick-up in accordance with all local, state, federal, and Company rules and regulations.

• Accepts and transfers mail from and to other airlines.

• Picks-up and delivers mail from and to the Post Office,

• Delivers Bypass mail to the customers in accordance with the rules and regulations established by the Post Office and the company.

• Loads and unloads all manifested freight and mail in accordance with prescribed handling procedures.

• Answers incoming calls and monitor the phones.

• Completes accurate entry of airway bills and information into the computer system.

• Operates ground equipment in a safe manner.

• Performs building and ground maintenance in order to promote a safe work environment and professional company image.

• Regular attendance and shift work is required.

• Other duties may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

• Valid drivers license with good driving record.

• Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds.

• Must be able to obtain a Department Of Transportation Medical card and pass all medical screening required.

• Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

• Must be able to work under flexible customer service demands.

• Regular attendance and shift work is required.

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.
