Contract Service Agent is the liaison between the company and customers, domestic and international, Coordinates with U.S. Customs, and other governmental agencies. Accountable for cash and charge transactions. Requires good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and recommended 25 wpm typing skills.

An employee whose work assignments is specific to only contract agreements. May be any one or a combination of duties as directed by the Company and will include, but only be limited to, the loading and unloading of cargo from an approved air cargo transportation device in the respective sortation area; mail sorting; and stacking of mail, boxes, packages, etc. in relation to the assigned contract as determined by the company.  Company to provide all training as required.


This position does not require a Driver’s license and or High School diploma but will be limited to work in this area only.



  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, 5-year background check, 10-year criminal history check and security threat assessment.
