Saltchuk is co-owner of Roche Harbor Resort & Marinas. Originally the site of a Hudson’s Bay Company trading post in 1845, and then the site of the Tacoma and Roche Harbor Lime Company starting in 1886, Roche Harbor was founded as a resort in 1956. Today, the resort features a 377-slip marina; hotel, condominium and cottage accommodations; several dining options; and other resort amenities. Located on San Juan Island, the resort is considered the premier marina and resort in the Pacific Northwest.

January, 31, 2011 -- Ilahie Holdings announces Blake Goldberg accepted the position of Marketing Manager. Blake will be responsible for the tenanting opportunities at the Russell Building in Tacoma.

 

Prior to joining Ilahie Holdings Blake worked with the Neil Walter Company on investment transactions in Tacoma and South Sound area. Blake was an associate at Colliers International’s Tacoma office for four years. Before that, he worked in the financial services industry and worked with large investment funds. He spent ten years as president and CEO of PFH, Incorporated, an independently owned and operated financial services chain.

 

Blake holds a B.A. in Politics, University of Puget Sound (Tacoma, WA) and is a member of Commercial Brokers Association.

 

Affiliations includes; Charles Wright Academy, Advancement Committee, Board of Trustees, Special Olympics, Anti-Defamation League, Tacoma Lawn & Tennis Club.

 

Blake lives in University Place, with his wife Nicole and two sons.
