SEATTLE, June 7, 2012 – Marine Resources Group, Inc. that it has sold its Paraguay and Uruguay operations of the Mercusor Shuttle Group (MSG) to Paraguay´s main port operator Puertos y Estibajes S.A., “Puerto Fenix.” The transaction was completed and closed on June 7, 2012 Marine Resources Group will continue to operate its Argentine subsidiary, CMSA, in the Argentina cabotage bulk trade. MSG will continue to operate in the Hidrovia Parana Paraguay under its new ownership Puertos y Estibajes S.A. (Puerto Fenix).
